The Brief
[

]
The Whitfields inherited a beautiful but neglected 1920s home — original details intact, but decades of deferred maintenance and outdated systems left it barely livable. They wanted a full restoration that respected the home's age.

The Challenge
[

]
Years of neglect had left the home's original character buried under outdated finishes, failing systems, and awkward later additions that worked against the house's original architecture rather than with it.

The Approach
[

]
We restored what was worth saving — original moldings, door hardware, window proportions — and rebuilt everything else around it, updating systems and layout while keeping every decision in conversation with the home's original 1920s bones.

The Result
[

]
The Whitfield Residence now stands as it was meant to be — a historic home fully restored, fully modern where it needs to be, and unmistakably itself.
